Making a warranty claim doesn’t have to be difficult

We understand that unforeseen mechanical failures are frustrating and interfere with your everyday routine. Our dedicated team of Global Warranty Representatives are here to provide an easy and seamless experience to get you back on the road safely and quickly.

- Contact Global Warranty from anywhere in Canada or the U.S.A. at 1-800-265-1519 (during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST), via email at claims@globalwarranty.com or contact your selling Dealer.
- Our friendly, helpful Claims Department will assist you in the event of a mechanical breakdown or failure by identifying and directing you to the nearest Global Warranty Authorized Repair Facility. With your consent, an inspection and/or teardown of the covered vehicle will be performed to determine the cause of the mechanical breakdown or failure.
- When satisfied that all Terms and Conditions have been met, Global Warranty will immediately determine whether the claim is covered under the Warranty Agreement and issue an authorization number directly to the Repair Facility to proceed with repairs.
- The Authorized Repair Facility is paid directly by Global Warranty for all costs included in the vehicle warranty program. You only pay for non-covered charges including any deductibles, diagnostic charges, consequential repairs or services and any miscellaneous items or shop supplies, including all applicable taxes.

- Alternatively, you may take your RV to a RV Repair Centre of your choosing. Please have them contact us before commencing with any repairs. We will work with them to get you back on the road as soon as possible!
- In the event of a total loss, you must first fie your claim with your Primary Auto Insurer
- Collect the required documents listed at the bottom of our GAP Product Page before proceeding to the GAP Online Claims System
- Ensure you have scanned all files for online submission
- Proceed to our GAP Online Claims System and submit your claim
- Our Client Services Department will connect with you directly for any clarification or missing documentation
