Students are responsible for meeting the requirements for graduation or program completion as set forth in the College Catalog. Students interested in graduating must submit a Graduation Application. To check your academic progress, please login to Atlas to complete a degree audit.
Graduates should order their Cap & Gown online, via Atlas, at the moment they submit their Graduation application.
If you did not submit your Cap & Gown order (during the application process) and choose to participate in the Commencement ceremony, please email the Records/Graduation department no later than February 1. Be sure to include your Valencia ID number, your height and weight information, and at which campus you wish to pick up your Cap & Gown.
You will receive an commencement information packet early February, via ATLAS e-mail. To check your Commencement participation status, please check your atlas account:
Log into Atlas > Students Tab > Path to Graduation > Graduation Application Status
If you have questions about how to order your cap and gown, contact Records/Graduation.
