Credai members list bangalore pdf

I would like to start with the classic, never-dying, and I guess one of the most frequently used quotes ever, “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”.

I, Amar Mysore, am extremely glad and grateful for this opportunity that has been provided to me. Looking back at the great work done by my predecessors, I have a very high standard to match, and I will put in all the effort to do that. With a team made up of brilliant individuals, we, the CREDAI GB 2023-25, will raise the bar even higher and set new standards.

    1. Integrity
    2. Stakeholder wellbeing
    3. Working should to shoulder with the Government
    4. World class infrastructure
    5. Skill development

Keeping these as the core, the new committee will work towards strengthening each of these and tackling the issues and concerns that rise on the way with utmost professionalism. Solving stalemates, bringing in newer ideas and executing pending good work initiated by the previous committee will be our focus. Special emphasis will be on building stronger ties with BAF.

Ease of doing business is something that we have been talking for long. As CREDAI Bengaluru President, I, along with my team, will take strong measures and talk to the concerned authorities to ensure that they walk the talk. With the new Government shaping up in Karnataka, we see this as a perfect opportunity to propose our ideas and start conversations on them.

We believe, a strong CREDAI Bengaluru will build a stronger Bengaluru Real Estate community. With adequate and effective knowledge sharing, we intend to achieve that strength, which in turn will be fueled by better engagement with our Youth and Women’s wings. Over the years, we have seen these bodies have blossomed on their own and have grown to become stronger. We will support their initiatives, which will help the community as a whole.

I also take this opportunity to request all our senior most members who have been the guiding light, to continue supporting and showing the right direction to the new committee. With your invaluable support, we will bring about a positive change.

Finally, I call upon all my friends, colleagues and the entire CREDAI Real Estate community of Bengaluru to join hands with us and help us achieve our goals.
